Sick week! Ready for Spring Break!!!!!

All last week, I felt like I was coming down with a cold.  Kevin had been sick, while in Houston, with a cold, but was feeling better and I had big plans made for us!  My parents were going to keep the girls Saturday night so that Kevin and I (after I attended a babyshower) could go out on a romantic date and watch a movie.  Things didn't quite go according to plan.  As the day went on last Friday, I began to feel worse.  All last weekend I coughed and had the chills.  Needless to say, I didn't go anywhere.  We ordered take out and watched a great mini-series, Pillars of the Earth. This is how my week has gone since then:

Monday - (Valentines Day) Feel horrible go to school long enough to teach one reading group and my computer classes
Tuesday - Home sick
Wednesday - Go to school, but am exhausted and feel awful
Thursday - Wake up and feel great, then realize Mary has pink eye.  After doctor confirms and lets us know she also has an ear infection (no school for Mary today).  We stay home and play in the backyard because it is gorgeous weather and Mary feels great. We also made cookies :)
Thursday night - check on Ashlin after she has gone down for the night and she is burning up.  Give her tylenol and check on her every 2.5 hours
Friday - Ashlin diagnosed with Ear infection.  And I have pink eye... Great...

To make things a bit crazier, my niece (that my parents are keeping while my sister is out of town) has been sick all week and my parents are worried she has an ear infection, too.  Fortunately we have a super friend/doctor (who checked her out after his office had closed for the day) who let us know she did not have an infected ear!

Now I am ready to see my husband again!  Tomorrow, I have about a million copies to make for Junior League admissions, a baby shower to host, and a house to clean and scrub from top to bottom.  I am so ready for Spring Break!!!

Here is a cute pic of my girls playing in the yard yesterday!
